Sword is willing to take the time to understand the problem or issue and research possible solutions, constantly looking for the best, cost effective means to achieve the end result. This mentality is evident in their sales and service team, and has developed a relationship of trust and mutual respect, especially in an environment of limited budgetary funding.

Nacogdoches ISD is a ten-campus system that we needed to move under one lock system that could also integrate with new buildings as we grow. It’s just crazy from a security and maintenance standpoint when each campus has its own lock system. But that meant updating about 800 doors, generating master keys for each campus, and also making sure we have one overall master. Getting that right is an ungodly mathematical combination that Sword takes in stride. From the start, their knowledge base and expertise were clearly heads and shoulders above anyone else we saw in the region.

There’s no obstacle they can’t overcome, whether it’s replacing a wood door or installing closers, hardware, exterior doors, window kits, bathroom partitions or security vestibules. When they say a job is done – it’s truly done. I know I won’t find a door that was installed upside down or get called in the middle of the night because a door isn’t working properly.
