ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER
Division 8 and 10 Estimating and Project Management – Perform accurate takeoffs and material pricing for commercial construction projects. Detail awarded project for submittal. Maintain project budgets, material accuracy and procure material In an accurate and timely manner. Must be able to organize workloads, meet project deadlines and be product minded. This position will need to review building plans and specifications in order to provide accurate bids to local general contractors. Two-to-three years of industry experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
OPEN POSITIONS:
Full-time position: Showroom Receptionist / Assistant Consultant
We are currently seeking the right individual to fill the immediate need for a Showroom Receptionist / Admin. This position will ideally be trained to grow into a Showroom Sales Consultant who is able to assist other Showroom Sales Consultants as needed.
Full-time position: Delivery Driver/ Fabrication Assistant
We are currently seeking the right individual to fill the immediate need for a Delivery Driver/ Fabrication Assistant. This position a customer-service oriented job that includes receiving and delivering product and basic shop/fabrication duties.
Fabricator
Duties and Responsibilities: Welding, grinding, sanding and filing HM frames; Prepping HM doors; Prepping wood doors; Load and unload freight trucks; Taking care of customers’ needs; Ship, receive and deliver materials; Be willing to take on new task when asked; Load and unload trucks.
Qualifications: Have basic knowledge of power tools. (Grinder, pneumatic sander, chopsaw, drill, etc.); Great communication skills.; Be able to lift up to 70 lbs.; Be able to accurately read a tape measure; Positive attitude and show up on time ready for duty; Clean drivers’ record; Take a short-written test without use of phone or calculator; Wire welding and forklift experience is a plus.
